Two-week fixed-fee engagement

I take the time to understand how you work, the tools you use and the tasks that slow you down. You leave with a prioritised action plan, proposed solutions and an estimate for the next steps. That document is yours, whether or not you choose me to continue.
02Design and develop

I develop your solution in phases of four to eight weeks. Together, we review the interfaces and how they work, with concrete deliverables at each stage. I also handle the launch, documentation and training for your team.
03Keep your tools evolving
Monthly support
Your needs evolve after launch. I help improve your tools, fix problems and add new features, including AI where it makes sense. Together, we define the priorities and level of support that fit your business.

A developer since 1999, I have been creating websites and online stores since 2001. I led a development team for six years and have been running MyCar Trim, my own online store, since 2015. The realities of running a business are part of my everyday life.
